Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. I require at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the scheduled service price. No-shows will also be charged 100% of the scheduled service price.
As a small business owner, your reserved appointment time is valuable, and last-minute cancellations make it difficult to accommodate other guests. Thank you for respecting my time, my business, and my cancellation policy.
